The golf course is set within the park surrounding the Villa Cà Amata, designed in 1711 by the Italian architect Giovanni Rizzetti and considered today as one of the finest example of the 18th century venetian architecture.
The course itself was designed by architect Marco Croze, responsible for both the original 9-hole project dating back to 1991 and the new 18-hole extension project, created between 2009 and 2010 under the strict control of the Superintendence of Architectural Heritage, supervising the whole area.
The course is characterised by many water hazards, which contribute to the beauty of the landscape as well as making the game very stimulating and challenging.
